The HR Advisory Specialist is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function by supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
ROLE DESCRIPTION - HR Advisory Specialist / Manager
We look for evidence of the following skills and experience:
Partner with the Management to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs;
Manage the recruitment and selection process by tracking and identifying prospective candidates by ensuring qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility; Undertake payroll reviews and recruitment vendor selection projects including scoping, planning, reviewing and achieving sign-off;
Supports personal administration by screening and interviewing applicants; preparing payroll; managing employee onboarding; administering employee benefit programs;
Prepare and maintain all related documentation and employee files for an organization.
Deliver training and workshops to development internal capabilities and improve personnel motivation;
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Provide proactive decision support through People metrics reporting including sound recommendations to the Management;
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance by delivering excellent service along with ensuring compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times;
REQUIREMENTS – HR Advisory Specialist / Manager
Minimum 5-8 years proven experience in HR functions and projects.
Fluent in English – mandatory.
Master degree in Human Resources or related field, MBA in HR a plus;
Ideally CIPP qualified or similar certifications, but not essential
Prior consultancy experience is preferred, but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, meeting minutes, workshop participation, business and report writing;
People oriented and results driven with an excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven technical payroll processing and payroll tax management expertise;
Demonstrated ability to consult and advise operating and corporate leaders on a range of issues related to HR processing, internal control and regulatory matters;
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
